1/2 Cup(s) Raisins
1/4 Tablespoon(s) Cinnamon or nutmeg or both

2 Cup(s) Cooked rice - long grain
1/4 Tablespoon(s) Salt
1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) Powdered sugar

17 Aug 1996 07:09:37 -0600 Separate eggs. Mix yolks with alittle milk -
set aside. Heat rest of milk. Wash and add raisins to milkand cook 10
min. Add rice and cook 5 min. When thoroughly warm, add eggyolk
mixture, salt, sugar and spices; stir well and cook for a fewminutes
til heated through. Put in greased casserole. Beat egg whiteswith
powdered sugar and spread on top of pudding. Put in 275 degree overjust
long enough to brown the egg whites. Serve cold with whipped creamand
