3/16 Pound(s) Onions, chopped
3 Ounce(s) General purpose flour
30 2/3 Ounce(s) Canned tomatoes, crushed
1/16 Ounce(s) Mace, ground -or Nutmeg
1/8 Ounce(s) Salt
3/16 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Directions:
Cook beef with onions in its own fat until beef loses its pink
color,stirring to break apart. Drain or skim off excess fat. 2.
Sprinkleflour over beef; continue cooking until flour is absorbed. 3.
