6 Tablespoon(s) Nonfat plain yogurt
6 Whole nectarines, peeled and
sliced
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Honey, or to taste
1/3 Cup(s) Wheat germ
1 Cup(s) Seedless grapes
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium for 45
