Ingredients:
Crushed tomatoes
1 Onion, diced
1/2 Clove garlic, crushed
1 Pint(s) Light cream
Salt/pepper
1/2 Tablespoon(s) Carrot juice
1 Tablespoon(s) Red wine
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
Directions:
Place in saute pan, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and red chili in
olive oil. Add chicken stock, whisky, red wine, Worcestshire sauce,
plus the tomatoes. Simmer for 2 hours. Yield: 4 servings. CHEF DU
