1 Cup(s) Plain nonfat yogurt
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1/4 Cup(s) Applesauce
1 Cup(s) Brown sugar
2 Egg whites
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 1/2 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon(s) Cinnamon
Lightly coat a 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. In small
bowl,combine yogurt and baking soda: mix well and set aside. (mixture
willgrow in volume)In large mixing bowl, beat applesauce with sugar
until well mixed. Addegg whites and vanilla: beat well, about 2 min.
Combine flour withbaking powder: add to applesauce mixture alternately
with yogurtmixture.Topping: Combine sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
Spread half the batter inpan. Sprinkle with half the topping. Cover
with remaining batter andsprinkle with remaining topping. Bake in 350F
oven for 45 min or untiltoothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool for 10 to 15minutes in pan, then invert onto wire rack. Recipe
