Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Ground beef
2 Onion, minced
1/2 Cup(s) Finely chopped green pepper
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter
1/2 Pound(s) Mushrooms, sliced
3 Cup(s) Beef bouillon
3 Tablespoon(s) Flour
1/4 Cup(s) Water
1 Dash(s) Tobasco sauce
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Thyme or basil
1/2 Pound(s) Flat noodles, cooked
Directions:
Cook the beef in a heavy skillet, adding a small amount of butter
ifnecessary, until slightly browned, breaking it up with a fork as
itcooks; set aside. Cook the onions and green pepper in 2 tablespoons
ofbutter until soft. Add the mushrooms and saute' for 5 minutes,
covered.Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes more. Add the bouillon and
heat toboiling. Meanwhile mix the flour with the water into a smooth
paste andadd this to skillet when the contents are boiling. Stir in
theseasonings and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add
