16 Ounce(s) Sour cream
1 Cup(s) Red wine
1 Pound(s) Mushrooms
you can cheat and use

1 Lipton brand dry soup mix
1 Campbells brand mushroom
soup
1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1 Dash(s) Louisiana Hot Sauce
optional
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingrediants, cover tightly, bake at 300 degrees for 3
hours.Don't peek! Serve hot over noodles. (A Cajun friend who went
only byhis first name which I have translated into polite language
taught methis when I was quite young. I found in later years that
people outsideLouisiana refer to this dish as Beef Stroganoff...)
