Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) NORA MILL stone ground grits
1 1/2 Cup(s) Water
1/3 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions:
Put salt in water and bring to boil. Slowly stir in grits and return
toboiling point. Reduce to low heat and simmer, covered, for 20
minutes,stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Top with a pat of butter and
a littlemilk if desired. (Note: amount of water can be increased as
