Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Scalded milk
2 Yeast cakes
1/4 Cup(s) Warm Water
3 Eggs
1 Cup(s) Sugar
1/2 Cup(s) Butter
5 Cup(s) Bread flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Cool milk and beat in the yeast
mixtureand the eggs. Add the sugar and the butter. Stir in the
flour.and thesalt and knead the dough about 20 minutes. Place dough in
a butteredbowl, cover then let rise until double in size. Punch down
and make intoround loaves. Place into buttered pie plates. Cover and
let rise and letrise until double in size. Brush top with milk and make
a cross on topwith a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50
