16 White bread, crusts removed
3 Cup(s) Egg substitute
2 Cup(s) Skim milk
1 Tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper
1/2 Pound(s) Turkey sausage, cooked and
2 Cup(s) 50% reduced-fat Swiss
cheese shredded
1/2 Cup(s) Vegetables, optional such
as broccoli florets
green onions and chopped
Red pepper
Paprika, optional
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with
no-stickcooking spray. Arrange bread overlapping in bottom of baking
dish.Combine eggs, milk, mustard and pepper. Pour half of egg mixture
overbread; sprinkle with sausage, cheese and vegetables, if desired.
Addremaining egg mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake 25 to
45minutes or until set and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes
beforeserving.Makes 12 servings.Note: Strata may be covered and
refrigerated overnight before baking.Nutritional Information Per
