Ingredients:
6 Potatoes, peeled thinly
sliced about 2 lbs.
1 Cup(s) Chicken stock or vegetable
stock
1 Tablespoon(s) Melted butter or olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1/3 Cup(s) Grated parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon(s) Chopped parsley
Directions:
Layer potatoes in preheated baking dish. In a large glass
measuringcup, combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over
potatoes.Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.Bake in oven for 45 to 55
minutes or until potatoes are tender and topis golden brown. Yield: 6
