Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Cup(s) Butter
4 Eggs
2 Cup(s) Flour
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice -or-
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 Blueberry or cherry pie
filling drained
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; beat
aftereach addition. Add flour and lemon juice.Pour batter in 15-1/2" X
10-1/2" X 1" jelly roll pan. Mark dough withknife into squares. Put
heaping spoonful of filling in each square. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. When cool, cut into squares andsprinkle with powdered
