Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoon(s) Sugar, up to 4
2 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 1/2 Cup(s) Shredded Edam cheese, about
6 oz
1 Egg
1 Cup(s) Milk
1/4 Cup(s) Butter or margarine, melted
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Fold in the
cheese,coating the cheese with the flour mixture. Add the unbeaten egg,
milkand melted fat; stir quickly and lightly until mixed but do not
beat.Spoon into well greased muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Bake at400 F for 20 to 30 minutes according to size of muffin cups.
