Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Scallions, finely chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) to 3T vegetable oil
1 Pound(s) Cooked rice
4 Ounce(s) Green peas
Directions:
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of the salt and a
fewpieces of scallion. Heat oil in a preheated wok, and lightly
scramblethe eggs. Add the rice and stir to make sure that each grain of
rice isseparated. Add the remaining salt, scallions, and the peas.
