Ingredients:
24 EGGS, SEPARATED
2 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Quart(s) bourbon
2 Cup(s) Brandy
1 Quart(s) Heavy cream
2 Quart(s) Milk
1 Quart(s) Vanilla Ice Cream
Nutmeg
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick. Add Bourbon and Brandy and
stirthoroughly. (The liquor "cooks" the eggs.) Add cream and milk
andcontinue whipping. Break up the ice cream and add. Beat egg whites
untilstiff and fold in. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before
serving.Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. NOTE: This is fairly potent
anddeceptively smooth, so you might wish to cut back on the Bourbon
