Ingredients:
1 Eggplant with peel
1 Cup(s) Tomato sauce
1 Cup(s) Grated Mozzarella cheese
1 Tablespoon(s) Marjoran
4 Slices of whole wheat bread
Directions:
1999

Cut the eggplant in round slices. Fry the slices in a pan with a
littleoil. Toast the bread. Spread the tomato sauce over the toast.
Place theeggplant slices on top. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle alittle of marjoran. Place in oven under the broiler for 2 - 3
