Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Bisquick
2/3 Cup(s) Milk
3 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 Egg
2 Cup(s) Apples, thinly sliced &
pared
2 Tablespoon(s) Nuts, chopped
TOPPING-
2/3 Cup(s) Brown sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1/4 Cup(s) Margarine
glaze-
1/2 Cup(s) Powdered sugar
2 Tablespoon(s) Milk, to 3 Tbs milk
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease 9 x 9 square pan. Mix baking mix, milk, sugar
and egg; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread half of the batter in pan.
Arrange apple slices on batter; sprinkle with half of the topping.
Spread remaining batter over apple slices; sprinkle with remaining
topping. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake about 25 minutes, cool. Drizzle with
glaze. Topping: Combine dry ingredients, then cut in margarine. Posted
