Ingredients:
3 Eggs
2 Cup(s) Sugar
1 1/2 Cup(s) Oil
3 Cup(s) Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) SODA
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 Cup(s) Nuts, chopped fine
3 Cup(s) Chopped raw apples
1 Stick butter
1 Cup(s) Brown sugar
1/4 Cup(s) Milk
1 Coconut
Directions:
Cream eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, salt, soda and
cinnamon. Combine egg mixture with sifted dry ingredients. Stir in
vanilla, nuts and apples. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake
45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook topping ingredients 2 1/2 minutes and
