Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) Flour
1/2 Cup(s) Brown sugar
1/2 Cup(s) Butter
2 1/2 Cup(s) Apples, sliced
Cinnamon and sugar
3 Eggs
1 Pinch(s) Salt
1/2 Cup(s) Coconut
1/2 Cup(s) Nutmeats
Directions:
Cream first 3 ingredients and spread on the bottom of an 8x10" pan.
Arrange the apple slices evenly on dough and sprinkle with 1/4 cup
sugar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30
minutes. While baking, mix the ingredients for the topping as follows;
Sift sugar and flour. Add unbeaten eggs to the mixture. Add nuts and
coconut and spread on top of the first hot baked mixture (after it has
finished baking). Bake 20 minutes more at 375 degress. Cut into bars
