Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cup(s) Whole-grain wheat flour, *
see note
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Teaspoon(s) Egg Beaters® 99% Egg
Substitute, ** see note
1 1/2 Cup(s) Bran
5 Ounce(s) Water, boiling
1 Cup(s) Soy milk
1/4 Cup(s) Applesauce
1/4 Cup(s) Honey
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, and egg replacer. In a large bowl, pour
boilingwater over bran. Mix well. Add nut milk, applesauce, honey,
vanilla andraisins. Blend well. Stir dry ingredients quickly into wet
ingredients.Spoon batter into non stick muffin tin. Bake at 425 degrees
