6 Green Onions, w/tops-sliced
thin
1 Teaspoon(s) Capers, or 2-3T picklerelish
1 1/2 Cup(s) Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/4 Cup(s) Nonfat Mayonnaise
4 English muffins
split&quartered
1 Dash(s) Worcestershire sauce, or
Tobasco sauce
Directions:
Mix onions, capers, cheese and mayo. Spread on muffins and broil
untildelicately browned and bubbly. Can add dash worchestershire or
