Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Plain flour, sifted
3 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Cup(s) Buttermilk
4 Eggs, well beaten
1 Cup(s) Butter or margarine, melted
Directions:
Sift first 4 ingredients. Combine milk and eggs; add to dry
ingredients.Beat with a mixer at high speed, until smooth. Stir in
melted butter.Bake in a waffle iron. We make batter the night before
