Ingredients:
1 10-oz frozen strawberries
thawed -or-
2 Cup(s) Fresh strawberries
sweetened and halved
2 Tablespoon(s) Lime juice
6 Cup(s) Watermelon, seeded and cubed
1/2 Cup(s) Bing cherries, halved &
pitted
1 Cup(s) Fresh blueberries
12 Ounce(s) White wine, chilled
Directions:
In blender, combine strawberries and lime juice. Cover and puree.
Pourinto a small jar. Chill until ready to serve. In a large compote
dish,place watermelon, cherries and blueberries. Chill at least three
hoursbefore serving. Just before serving, drizzle compote
withstrawberry/lime juice puree and white wine. Serves 6 to 8.From <A
