Ingredients:
11 Gram(s) Unflavored gelatin envelop
1 Cup(s) Skim Milk, Divided
3 Cup(s) Watermelon chunks, seeds
removed
1 Cup(s) Vanilla low-fat yogurt
frozen
2 Tablespoon(s) Powdered sugar
6 Ice cubes, to measure 1-cup
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup skim milk in small saucepan; let stand1
minute. Over low heat, stir until gelatin completely dissolves, about3
minutes; set aside. Blend watermelon, 3/4 cup skim milk, frozen yogurt
and powdered sugarin electric blender at high speed until smooth. Add
gelatin mixture. Add ice cubes; blend at high speed until smooth and
frothy. Serveimmediately.Makes 4 servings.Nutrition Information per
