Ingredients:
8 Cup(s) Cubed seeded watermelon
1/4 Cup(s) Sifted powdered sugar
6 Ounce(s) Frozen lemonade concentrate
1 can thawed and
undiluted
Mint sprigs, optional
Directions:
Place watermelon in a large bowl; cover and freeze.Place half of frozen
watermelon, half of powdered sugar, and half ofconcentrate in a
blender, and process until smooth.Pour mixture into individual glasses.
Repeat procedure with remainingwatermelon, powdered sugar, and
concentrate. Yield: 7 cups (servingsize: 1 cup).Per serving: 91
