Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Ground beef
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/4 Cup(s) Bread Crumbs, Dry
1 Onion, grated
1 Tablespoon(s) Salt
3/4 Cup(s) Chili sauce
1/4 Cup(s) Grape jelly
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1 Cup(s) Frankfurters *1
Directions:
cut diagonally in 1/2 inch slices Combine beef, egg, crumbs, onionand
salt. Shape into small balls. Combine in chili sauce, grape jelly,lemon
juice and water in a large skillet. Heat; add meat balls andsimmer
until meat cooks through.Just before serving add franks and heat
