Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Unsalted butter, at room
temperature
1/4 Cup(s) Honey
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Lemon zest, optional
finely grated
Directions:
Beat the butter until creamy with a wooden spoon, an electric mixer,
ora food processor. Add the honey and zest. Beat just until
combined.Store, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use. To
serve: Letstand 30 minutes at room temperature to soften. NOTES : May
