Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) Flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Ground nutmeg
2 Egg whites, beaten
3/4 Cup(s) Brown sugar
3/4 C.shredded peeled apple
3 Tablespoon(s) Oil
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Finely shredded orange peel
Directions:
In a small bowl stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder,
and nutmeg. In a large bowl stir together egg whites, brown sugar,
apple, oil, and orange peel. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture
just til combined. Spray an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray
coating. Pour batter into pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven-gas mark 4.
For 45-50 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if it comes out clean,
