Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
4 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
3 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cup(s) Milk
1/3 Cup(s) Oil
1 Tablespoon(s) Sour cream
3/4 Cup(s) Cooked wild rice
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Set aside. Beat eggs;
addmilk,oil, sour cream and wild rice. Add to dry ingredients. Batter
willbe lumpy. Cook on heated griddle. ALTERNATIVE: Add 1 cup cooked
wildrice to your favorite pancake mix. Makes 12-14 pancakes.From: '1993
