Ingredients:
3 Golden delicious apples
peeled cored and
chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) Water
1 Tablespoon(s) Caster sugar
150 Sweet White Wine
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
40 Gram(s) Caster sugar, 1 1/2oz
1 284 millilit double cream
10 floz
Fresh mint sprigs
Apple slices
Directions:
Place the chopped apples, water and sugar in a saucepan, cover and
cook 8-10 minutes, until soft. Allow to cool. Place the wine, lemon
zest and juice, sugar and cream into a bowl and whisk until the
mixture holds its shape. Carefully fold in the apple puree and spoon
into 6 tall glasses. Allow to chill for 1-2 hours then decorate with
