3 Egg yolks
1 Cup(s) Water
1 Cup(s) Red wine
3 1/2 Ounce(s) Milk chocolate
1 Pinch(s) Salt
Whipped cream
Directions:
Mix the egg yolks with the wine and the water. 2. Grate the
chocolateand add to it; add the salt. 3. Put in pot and on medium heat,
stirringconstantly, heat until it gets thick. Dont let it boil, the
