Egg Whites 2 C Apple Puree Or Applesauce -- chilled 2 Tbsp Sugar -- to4
TBS 1 Tsp Lemon Rind -- grated 1 Tbsp Apricot Brandy -- optional
SweetChocolate -- gratedWhip egg whites until stiff. Combine with apple
puree, sugar, lemon rindand brandy, folding carefully. Spoon into
serving dishes and garnishwith grated chocolate. Serve cold. Serves
