Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Walnuts
2 Cup(s) Pitted dates
1/2 Cup(s) Sultana raisins
1 Teaspoon(s) Grated lemon rind, if
desired
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
Directions:
Steel Knife: Chop walnuts coarsely, about 4 or 5 seconds. Empty
bowl.Process dates with raisins, rind and cinnamon until minced, about
15 to20 seconds. Add nuts with 1 or 2 quick on/off turns.Yield: about 2
cups filling.May be prepared in advance and refrigerated or
