1 Cup(s) Boiling water
3 1/4 Cup(s) Flour
1/2 Tablespoon(s) Salt
Pizza Sauce
1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
Mozzarella cheese
1 Tablespoon(s) COOKING OIL
1/4 Cup(s) Lukewarm water
1 Yeast Cake
In a large bowl combine boiling water, salt and sugar. Stir
untilldissolv ~ ed and let cool. Dissolve yeast completely in warm
water andadd to first mixture. After it has cooled off, add 1 Cup of
Flour andwhip well with a wire whip or beat with egg beater. Add
remainingflour, mix by hand and knead into a ball. Place dough in a
lightlygreased large bowl. Brush top with oil and cover with a towel.
Let risein a warm place for 15 minutes. Remove dough to a well floured
board andknead a few minutes. Rol Roll dough out thin and place in a
lightlygreased baking pan. Sprinkle surface with oil and let rise 15
minutes.Cover with Pizza Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese and sprinkle
lightly withoregano, salt, pepper, and oil. after Pizza is ready, Bake
in oven at425 Degrees untill crisp, 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4. (From
