Ingredients:
2 Slices Louis Rich Turkey
Bacon
2 Flour tortillas, 7"
1/4 Red or green bell pepper
chopped
1 Tablespoon(s) Chopped onion
1/2 Cup(s) Cholesterol-free egg product
2 Tablespoon(s) Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Heat turkey bacon in a small nonstick skillet on medium heat 5
minutesor until lightly browned. Place 1 bacon slice on each
tortilla.Add bell pepper and onion to hot skillet; cook and stir 2
minutes. Addegg substitute to bell pepper mixture; cook and stir 1 to
2 minutes oruntil set.Divide egg mixture between tortillas, sprinkle
with cheese. Season totaste with salt and pepper if desired. Fold
