Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Flour
2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustard
1 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
3 Ounce(s) Mushrooms, drained
1 Round steak, 3 lb. thick
1/4 Cup(s) COOKING OIL
1/2 Cup(s) Water

Combine flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Sprinkle mixture
oversteak and pound into the meat with your trusty meat mallet. Using
aheavy skillet brown meat in hot oil. Combine water and
worcestershireand add to browned meat. Cover tightly and cook in 325
degree oven for1 hour or until tender. Heat mushrooms in a small
