Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Cooked crab meat.
1/2 Cup(s) Shallots, peeled chopped.
1/2 Cup(s) Lemon grass, sliced thin.
1/4 Cup(s) Nam-prik Pao.
1/4 Cup(s) Fish Sauce.
1/4 Cup(s) Lime juice.
2 Tablespoon(s) SUGAR.
1/2 Cup(s) Mint leaves, chopped fine.
1/4 Cup(s) Scallions, sliced fine.
1/4 Cup(s) Coriander leaves, chopped.
1 Tablespoon(s) Chilli peppers, chopped.
30 Italian tomatoes.
Directions:
Wash the tomatoes and dry. Cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out
seedsand pulps. Mix all remaining ingredients and fill the tomato
