Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Fresh brussels sprouts
2 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Freshly ground pepper
3 Tablespoon(s) Chopped fresh dill
1/3 Cup(s) Water
2 Tablespoon(s) Fresh lemon juice
1 To 2 ts. butter
3 Tablespoon(s) Grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Slice off ends of brussels sprouts. Cut into 3 or 4 slices or,
ifsmall, cut in half. Heat oil in a skillet, add sprouts and stir
fryuntil coated with oil and bright green. Add salt, pepper, dill,
waterand lemon juice; cover and cook 2 minutes or until tender but
stillcrunchy. Toss with butter and Parmesan cheese.Recipe developed by
