Ingredients:
3 Pound(s) Beef pot roast
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Teaspoon(s) Dill weed
1/4 Cup(s) Water
1 Tablespoon(s) Vinegar
3 Tablespoon(s) Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Dill week
1 Cup(s) Dairy sour cream
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp. dill.
Placein slow-cooking pot. Add water and vinegar. Cover and cook on
low for7 to 9 hours or until tender. Remove meat from pot. Turn
control tohigh. Dissolve flour in small amount of cold water; stir into
meatdrippings. Stir in additional 1 tsp. dill. Cook on high about
10minutes or until slightly thick. Stir in sour cream; turn off heat.
