2 Carrot, minced
2 scallion
1 Pound(s) Beef, shredded
5 Ounce(s) Tofu, in 1/2" cubes
3 Ounce(s) Spinach
2 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
4 Tablespoon(s) Soy sauce
4 Eggs
Salt
Directions:
Heat oil and saute carrots, add green onions. Add beef and brown.
Addtofu, spinach, salt, sugar and soy sauce. Cook on low heat; beat
eggsand add to mixture. Cook and stir five minutes. Serve on steamed
