Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Celery, chopped
1/4 Cup(s) Onion, chopped
3 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
3 1/2 Cup(s) Cubed or crumbed bread, use
Turkey Stuffing Bread

3/4 Cup(s) Chicken or Turkey Broth
1/4 Cup(s) Walnuts, optional
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in the butter/margarine until soft; toss
wihtbread in a bowl. Add warmed broth and season and mix until
wellbelnded. Stuff bird or bake in a covered casserole at 350 F. for
