sm Onion -- chopped 2 lg Ripe tomatoes; cored --chopped
6 Oil cured sun dried tomatoes 2 Fresh or jarred
jalapenoPeppers;stemmed -- and seeded 2 Tablespoon Olive oil 2
TablespoonBasil or parsley -- finely Chopped Salt and pepper to tasteIn
a food processor or blender or with a knife,finely chop the the
oniontomatoes,sun dried tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.Transfer to a
bowl andmix with the olive oil and basil or parsley. Season with salt
