Ingredients:
5 Ounce(s) Dried beef shredded
5 Ounce(s) Gruyere cheese grated
5 Ounce(s) Cheddar cheese grated
5 Ounce(s) Gouda cheese grated
4 Eggs
2 1/2 Cup(s) Light cream
2 Tablespoon(s) Onions finely chopped
1 PIE PASTRY
Directions:
Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan Toss cheeses, beef,
onions to disperse evenly.Place mixture onto piepastry. Whisk eggs and
cream; pour over cheese mixture. Bake 325 F for 1/2 hour, reduce
temperarure to 275 F and bake foradditional 1 hour.Recipe by: Campus
