Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon(s) Baking Powder
1/4 Cup(s) Shortening
1 Cup(s) Quick-cooking rolled oats
1 Egg, beaten
1/3 Cup(s) Milk
2 Tablespoon(s) Honey
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions:
Stir thoroughly the flour, baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cut
inshortening till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats.
Combineegg, milk, and honey; add all at once to dry mixture. Stir just
tillmoistened. Drop b spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at
425degrees for 8-10 minutes. Recipe by: Better Homes and Gardens
