Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Sugar
2 Cup(s) Flour
3/4 Cup(s) Butter
1 Cup(s) Coconut, flaked
1 Egg
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 Jar, 10 oz. apricot
preserves
Directions:
Notes: Peka Joe Daniels, Lansford, The Times, PA Mix together with
fork all ingredients, except apricot preserves. Press 3/4 of the
batter in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Spread apricot preserves on top.
Spread rest of batter over apricot preserves with fork, letting some
of the apricot show through. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes until a
light golden brown. Cool and cut into squares. Posted to
