Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) All purpose flour
1 Cup(s) Quick cooking rolled oats
1 Tablespoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
6 Tablespoon(s) Butter, melted
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tablespoon(s) Brown sugar
1 1/2 Cup(s) Milk
Directions:
In a large bowl stir together Flour, Oats, Baking Powder, Cinnamon,
andSalt. In a small bowl stir together Eggs, Milk, Butter, and
BrownSugar. Add liquids to flour/oats mix, stir until well blended.
Pour ontopreheated, lightly greased (Pam works well) waffle iron. Close
lid andcook to desired doneness. Use a fork to remove waffle from the
iron.serve with jams, honey, yogurt or syrup. Recipe make 12 4"
