Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) Quick-cooking oats
1/2 Cup(s) Whole wheat flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Cup(s) Buttermilk
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine, melted
Peanut butter and/or
applesauce optional
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another bowl,
combinebuttermilk, eggs and butter; stir into the dry ingredients until
smooth.Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's
directionsuntil golden brown. Server with peanut butter and/or
