Ingredients:
1/4 Pound(s) Margarine
1 Cup(s) Brown sugar, packed
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 Cup(s) Whole-wheat flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Cup(s) ROLLED OATS
1/2 Cup(s) Nuts, chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Coconut, grated
3/4 Cup(s) Raisins
Directions:
Blend together the margarine and brown sugar. 2. Add the
remainingingredients one at a time while blending. Add each one as the
precedingone disappears. 3. Drop generous teaspoons onto greased cookie
sheets.Bake about 12 minutes at 350°F.Makes 3 dozen.Recipe By :
