Ingredients:
3 Pound(s) Pole beans, fresh
5 Cup(s) Water
1 Ham hock, 1/2 lb.
2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Directions:
Remove strings from beans, cutting beans into 2 inch pieces. Wash
beans.Place water and ham hock in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce
heat;cover and simmer 1 hour. Add beans, salt, and pepper; cook 30
