Ingredients:
3 Sized yams, grated
1/4 Cup(s) Cane syrup
3/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Allspice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
2 Eggs, Beaten Slightly
3/4 Stick butter, melted
1/4 Cup(s) Light cream
Directions:
Grate raw yams. Mix sugar, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, syrup, butter
andlight cream. Add eggs; cream well. Fold in grated yams. Pour into
agreased bread pan and bake in 375 degree oven about 45 minute.From <A
